2) Device Information: When you use our Services, to enhance user experience and resolve any obstacles or issues encountered during function usage, we record information about your mobile device during operation, including the model of your phone or printer, operating system type, operating system version number, device identification information (IMEI/MEID, IMSI, ICCID, Android ID, device MAC address, list of specific types of sensors, hardware serial number), and other information that describes the basic conditions of your commonly used terminal devices.

a. When you contact us, we may save your communication/call records and content or your contact information and related details to communicate with you, assist you in resolving issues, or record relevant problem-solving schemes and results. To confirm transaction status and provide after-sales and dispute resolution services, we will collect your transaction, payment, and logistics information related to the progress of your transactions through the transaction counterparties, payment institutions, logistics companies, etc., that you select for the transaction, and share this information with the relevant service providers.

Read and write storage permissions

When you install Labelnize, we will request access to these permissions in order to ensure the stable operation of Labelnize. We promise to only read and cache necessary information. If you choose not to grant these permissions, you will not be able to use specific features related to these permissions, but it will not affect your ability to use other functions provided by Labelnize.

Network permissions

When you use Labelnize, we will request access to this permission in order to complete the reading and updating of app content. If you choose not to grant this permission, you will not be able to use the features related to this permission and can only use certain offline functions provided by Labelnize.

Bluetooth permissions

When you use the Bluetooth connection feature for Labelnize printers, we will request access to this permission in order to complete the pairing, connection, and printing functions with Bluetooth printers. If you choose not to grant this permission, you will not be able to use the specific features related to this permission, but it will not affect your ability to use other functions provided by Labelnize.

Location permissions

When you use the Bluetooth connection feature for Labelnize printers, we will request access to this permission in order to complete the function of searching for Bluetooth printers. For Android systems 6.0 and above, the location permission must be enabled in order to search for Bluetooth devices. If you choose not to grant this permission, you will not be able to use the specific features related to this permission, but it will not affect your ability to use other functions provided by Labelnize.

Camera permissions

When you use the photo printing and barcode scanning features of Labelnize, we will request access to this permission in order to complete the functions of uploading and printing images, as well as barcode recognition. If you choose not to grant this permission, you will not be able to use the specific features related to this permission, but it will not affect your ability to use other functions provided by Labelnize.

Photos permissions

When you use Labelnize to select and print images from your photo album, we will request access to this permission in order to complete the function of selecting images from your album. If you choose not to grant this permission, you will not be able to use the specific features related to this permission, but it will not affect your ability to use other functions provided by Labelnize.

Make phone calls permissions

When you use the customer service call feature in Labelnize, we will request access to this permission in order to facilitate communication during user feedback. If you choose not to grant this permission, you will not be able to use the specific features related to this permission, but it will not affect your ability to use other functions provided by Labelnize.

Access clipboard information

Read and recognize the content in the clipboard for the purpose of opening template sharing codes. When a user copies a template code shared by a third party, we need to read your clipboard to retrieve the template information. Please rest assured that we will not collect or use any private information from your clipboard.

2. You can modify your authorization scope through the following methods: Cancel relevant permissions in the system's application settings. Please note that if you cancel certain authorization scopes, it may affect the use of product or service functions related to those scopes, but will not impact the use of other functions.

3. You can deactivate your account through the following steps: Navigate to the "Account Management" page by clicking on the avatar and name area on the "My" page, and select "Deactivate Account" to deactivate your account. Please be aware that once your account is deactivated, all information within it will be permanently deleted. We will no longer collect, use, or disclose personal information associated with that account. However, information provided or generated during your use period will still be retained as required by regulations and subject to inspection by national regulatory authorities during the retention period.

4. If you discover that our collection or use of your personal information violates laws and regulations, you may contact us and request the deletion of relevant information.
